  This is the worst Internet provider i have ever had. Even dial up in the 90s was more dependable. The speed isnt that great but i can deal with that. However the service is terrible. I have to constantly reset my modem and that doesnt always work. Im constantly being dropped and the speed is choppy and non consistent. The modems they use are complete garbage and constantly have issues.
  
  Its terrible service all around and if i had another option with low latency where i live, id be switching immediately. I check for new providers every 3 months because i cant wait to get rid of this one. As soon as someone offers me low latency internet with decent speed, im out. I dont care if its $150 a month.
  
  If you have another option, take it. The internet from this provider is nothing short of frustrating.
