  We've been with Jaenke Heating & A.C. for a while now and I'm still blown away by how much they actually care.
  
  We tried other services (do not for the sake of everything holy go to Tiger unless you want to be eaten alive) and we either got bully sales tactics of felt like we got screwed by the costs.
  
  I'm not a moron I understand overhead of a business but I also catch when someone is trying to screw me. Flo and everyone that I've come in contact with has been over the moon accommodating, the techs have even taken the time to explain things to me, shown me how to clean and maintain the units. They helped me feel like I was apart of the process and solution for the next time.
  
  Flo has always been super nice about stuff and has never treated us poorly. I honestly can't say enough nice things about these people.
